Karan has qualifications in Film and Television as well as Drama and Theatre Studies. He can effectively utilise method acting into his performances and is pursuing his acting career through theatre productions, music videos and films.

He has acted in productions such as ‘East is East’, Bertolt Brecht’s parable ‘Good Person of Schezwan’ and ‘Greek’.

More recently Karan was cast as the lead role in the production of Aladdin at the Wilde Theatre in Bracknell (Dec 2007 – Jan 2008). He combined his talents of singing, acting and dancing; the production was watched by over 20,000 people and greatly reviewed by ‘The Stage’ newspaper.

As a young child, Karan was spotted playing in ‘Fantasy Island’ to promote the upcoming children’s indoor adventure play centre. It was here he had his first professional modelling shoot at the precocious age of five.

His modeling accomplishments have been mainstream fashion catwalks, magazine shoots and television commericials. Karan is a highly sought after male Asian model and has been involved in a variety of top Asian fashion exhibitions in the UK. Some of these include the Asiana Bridal Show, Asian Wedding Exhibition, and the Asian Lifestyle Exhibition. He has also modelled for many charity events to raise money for deserving causes such as aid for the South Asia Earthquake survivors in 2006.
